At Neuro Physio, we have a strong family feel within our team. We live our values of Respect, Hope and Privacy within our staff, just as much as we do with our clients. We support each other and care a lot about each other. We want to see each other grow within the profession and succeed in all of our projects. Each staff member is looking in the same direction for the greater good of our community. Together, we share a vision, and together we will achieve it!
Are you interested in providing quality orthopedic physiotherapy focused on function?
Are you a Physiotherapist looking for a home? Do you want to make a real change in your community by serving our most motivated citizens? Are you ready to be part of something that is more than just Physiotherapy? Neuro Physio is looking for the right fit for our team – is it you?
We need a Physiotherapist who is available to work 5 days per week from Monday to Friday. Hours are flexible to fit your schedule but should be consistent.
Neurological Physiotherapy is our core service, but we have since elaborated our orthopedic division to be just as unique. We’re excited for this opportunity to add another member to our team! In this setting, a successful candidate would have plenty of opportunity to work alongside a neurological physiotherapist and a highly skilled orthopedic physiotherapist who also provides pelvic physiotherapy. You’ll have a training period with the founder of the practice, and you’ll be supported by an extremely caring administrative assistant.
In this position, you’ll get to change the lives of your clients, giving them hope that they might have a more mobile future than what they previously believed was possible. As an addition to our team, you’ll experience mutual respect between all members of the team, you’ll have plenty of time for documentation, you’ll be encouraged to take paid breaks and you’ll receive ongoing mentorship for personal and professional growth.
If this sounds like the right fit for you; if you’d like to join our family, send an email to
[email protected]. Put “PT Family” in the subject line. Then, write a short paragraph describing your ideal work environment and attach your resume. You will get an email response if we think you’re a good fit for our team.
We look forward to hearing from you!
"Since the first day walking through the doors at Neuro Physio I felt like part of the family. All the staff made my transition into the real working world seamless. I’ve had the opportunity to grow my caseload and attract the population that makes me feel fulfilled as a physiotherapist. I value connectedness, family and work-life balance, all of which are embodied at Neuro Physio. I’ve had the opportunity to grow as a clinician with other physiotherapists always close by should I need any questions answered. With paid documentation time, weekly mentorship meetings with other physiotherapists and encouragement of work-life balance, I could not have asked for a better place to begin my career."
"Working here has changed my views on work environments. I've worked for employers with very little empathy when it comes to their employees, and unfortunately, that fact has remained true during this pandemic. I'm not one to give references about employers, but when a "unicorn" presents itself, one must express how incredible it is to see it.
Working for Karine, and at this clinic, is unlike anything I've ever experienced.
I have not done well under micro-managing employers in the past. Karine is incredibly patient, doesn't hover, allows for you to make mistakes so you learn from them, is a strong leader, and understands that her employees have a life outside of work. Empathy is a rare business owner characteristic in my opinion. However, Karine breaks that stereotype with a sledgehammer.
I'm paid well, treated fairly, and I truly feel like part of a "work family" without having my employer needing to say it. Actions speak louder than words.
The number 1 reason I stay at my position at NeuroPhyio is my employer. She is that unicorn."
"Working at Neuro Physio gives me the welcoming team environment that I had always hoped for! Since my first day here I have been given time and space to learn and to grow my own physiotherapy practice; including dedicated mentorship time and supported continued education. I enjoy the variety across my patient caseload, and know my colleagues are nearby should I ever want to discuss patient care. Appropriate scheduling and paid documentation time makes me feel valued as an employee and allows me to get the most out of my treatment sessions with my clients. I would definitely recommend Neuro Physio as a place to work if you are someone looking for a healthy work-life balance, motivated clientele, a full and varied caseload, and a great team of people! 😊"
